| This painting was created as you see it on a much larger piece of parchment for a Read Magazine cover. It was used as a central image on a faux book cover for the magazine. But the design is like that from a late 15th c. book interior, ans such images were usually surrounded by a Tromp l'oeil framework, as in the Sciff Book So I am adding that to the image. When it is finished, the art and prints will be offered for sale. |
