This was the second in the Whites Series. As with the firstt is another
pure non-objective painting underneath, but I have added a layer of
white on top of it to obscure the first painting with something
completely overpowering to it. The message is that no matter what your
message may be, there is always the danger of someone coming along and
forcing it down for their own interests. In this case the whites create
a beautiful and subtle effect to bring out the texture and harmonize
the hues they have been built over. |
