This page is here to provide the public with factual information about the "alleged" judicial misconduct of judge

Washtenaw County, MI. Probate Court, in order that the public becomes aware of reasons to request and support her
By the MIchigan Legislature.

People, there are wolves in our midst. If you or someone you know would like to share yours or their story about judges who refuse to follow the law and due process, who completely abuse their powers of discretion to cause harm, then please send it to me at If you want to join the movement to stop probate courts from taking innocent people and depriving them of all their civil rights, and from destroying families, get in touch with me. If you want to use this image or a similar image for signs, rectangular image posts, emails, etc. Then you are welcome to download this and use it.

I started to add this on the pre-existing thread, but I think it would be better on its own. Judge Owdziej is running unopposed. If you think it's cool to be forced to have a judge whom you believe to be cruel and inhumane, and you don't care that you aren't allowed a choice, then ignore my post. We thought about Recall, but in MI that requires getting signatures in a short amount of time, and covid will slow that, and then the culprit gets to run as incumbent, which she is doing unopposed already. Impeachment is better, and we have evidence to support it. I believe judge Owdziej's public record and videos of her hearings show why she should not be sitting on the bench any longer than is necessary. So for now:

I can't go into our own case to rescue a helpless victim of this court and the attorneys it appoints, but I can point you to an article which does feature our case and was written by an investigative reporter who spent over a year researching probate court corruption in SE Michigan, finding the nature of the corruption, and documenting it with the numbers.
